Jian Rong Qiao's classic text on Hsing I in eleven chapters. This book was
first copyrighted in 1930. While the photocopied images suffer from a lack
of resolution, making this authentic, hard to find book available in English
in the West forgives all shortcomings.
Also worth perusal again and again is the chapter on the complete Hsing-I
Chi Kung (Nei Gong), and the songs of each of the five fists in Jiang's words
aptly brought to life by Crandall.
